Cabelas has always sold a really nice hang one stand called the Trophy Lite. It sells for between $60 and $70 if memory serves me. I bought the Trophy Lite Magnum for the slightly heavier weight capacity and am thoroughly enthused with it after two hunting seasons.

I haven't heard of it but there are some basic chain, hang-on stands that I have seen for as low as about $30 at some places. The Rivers Edge Bandit comes to mind in that instance. Nice, thick padded seat with a reasonably wide platform. Take a gander at www.sportsmansguide.com to see if they have any still.
