Default Ol' Man treestands what happened

I just recieved my latest Bass Pro Archery catalog and it seems that Gorilla treestands(don't know who owns them) has a Ol' Man lookalike except it has square tubing. What is up with this?

ol'man has filed bankruptcy. My company bought 4 thousand of their stands, and placed a bid on six thousand more that are on a boat headed to the us. the bid was turned down,so i dont know who will buy them. they are required to carry a liability policy for 5 years, after that anyone hurt on one of their stands will be sol.

Is your company going to use all 4,000 or are any of them available?
