Default Treestand problems

Anyone here using an Ol'MAn Multivision ever have to watch the pins on the upper portion of the stand because they tend to work themselves out when climbing? I love the stand but this pin thing worries the crap out of me?

Just a thought ( I have not seen the pins ) but could you use locking pins or bolt and nut ect to make it safer??

If nothing else contact the company and see if they have a fix.

BTW I saw they have a recall on some of their stands.

I have had several different style OL MAN stands over the last several years and have experienced no problems w/ the pins working out. Does your pins have the latch that latch over and act as a keeper. If you are having problems I would also say contact OL MAN because this is the first problem I've heard of with the pins. Let us know what you find out... I'm curious..
