AGWP female showed up at our hunting lodge obviously put out by a 'breeder'. She looks like she recently had puppies (no, the puppies were nowhere around the area). She was in sad shape - very thin and hungry.We took her to the vet to check for a microchip but she doesn't have one. She is heartworm positive but is now on ivermectin and showing no ill effects from the treatment.
She is very friendly and submissive. Good with all people and dogs but we have two alpha females in our home already and cannot keep her.
We've tried the GWP rescue but they are 'full'. Most rescue places we've tried won't take her because she isn't 'adoptable' because she's older and is heartworm positive. [

She will make someone a great companion. We know nothing of her hunting abilities.
She is free to a good home.
