My walker got in a fight

My coonhound got in a fight last time while I was running him with my friends dog.
Some cuts on his head and his ears got bit up was about all that happens.Will hair grow back over where the cut are on his head where the hair was took off or will it end up healing up and scaring?

I wasnt complaining. I simply saying you would get more responses if you took it there. You dont have to listen to me, I really dont care. You just wont get much response here.
