Default 18+ Hogs, 3 Hunts, 1 Night

Starting off on St. Paddy's Day we got into the first sounder and took out 6 larger hogs and at least 6 piglets. Video from my partner hasn't been gone over yet. I would guess that he took out others.

The next morning, we got onto hogs twice. With the first small group, the scope on my partner's gun came loose and he missed the his sow, but on the second group, we took out another 5 hogs. It looks like a pretty tough shooting situation with a lot of vehicles in the background, but the vehicles are junkers. The only hazards were a couple of pieces of farm equipment and cattle.

Thanks. Being a target-rich environment and having a landowner wanting and supportive of the work helps very much as does having an excellent partner.

Chasing a wounded Boar around in the dark with a pistol takes bigger cajones than I've got. Waidmannsheil!

Yeah, sometimes it is better that your partner have them instead of you!

12ga with 3" or 3-1/2", 00Bk or 000Bk work good for this. Short barrel knocks em flat.
