Default Help with a CA archery hog hunt?

trying to find a dependable archery hog hunt in central california or anywhere south of central cali. hopfully around $500-700. I can't really afford the more expensive guided hunts, so i'm trying to find a cheaper dependable guided hunt. i've seen some for around $1000, and i know it'll be more of a payoff hunt, but i'm strapped on cash and it's my first hunt. thanks for any infor gentlemen

lol, $500-600 is the CHEAPEST out here in cali. they easily charge a grand in other places, and that's for non trophy! then again its california... people here are damn greedy and it's way annoying...

the reason i say greedy is they're overpopulated, they're a nuisance, and farmer's seem to complain a lot about the land they destroy out here, but they wanna charge an arm and a leg to take them out! maybe you should lower your prices!!! lol..

Did you try Tejon Ranch? They're a bit pricy but close to San Diego. Southern Cal is an issue, I know of an archery outfitter in Livermore and another I know of in Mendocino County. I'll get numbers if you want them.

I was looking last year, and I thought I remember seeing a lot of hunts around Mendocino for about $350 with guaranteed success. I hunt Texas because I have free access to a big piece of land with plenty of turkeys and hogs. I enjoy the combination hunt. California is closer though and from the pics I've seen the hogs seem to be higher quality. I'd be interested in what you find if your willing to share the info. Good luck.
