Yeah and I was looking through my Lyman 49 book and I realized that a .270 is a longer case than a .308. If i would have done a little more research on my own then I would not have mad this post. I was stuck at work bored so asked the question. Thanks for all the replys. In the end I will have both but as Der Teufel mentioned, the 270 will simplify the reloading at the present time. Thanks again guys and Ruger, how big was the hog in the picture?
