My buddy hunting on his ranch in Quero Texas had 3 elk come by his stand. Obviously these escaped a high fence operation because of the recent floods in the area.
He was hunting hogs out of the only blind that wasnt under water and these guys came buy, a small bull a spike and a cow.
He shot all 3 using a .243 with 55 gr balistic tips. 150 yd shots to the neck. dropping everyone on the spot.
