Default No Elk-But Consolation Prize
Got this sow and another about the same size last evening. Gave the other one away before a photo could be taken.

Distance: About 50 yards broadside
Gun: TC Encore
Bullet:350 grain FPB
Powder: 120 grains of 2F Goex Pinnacle
Primer: Winchester shotgun

This is the exit hole-about .8-.9 inch. This hog was with a group of about 12 really big hogs. Shot the first one through the heartshe bang flopped. This one and the others continued to splash in the water as i reloaded the Encore. Then this one got shot.

Thissow weighed 188 pounds field dressed. Gun zero needs to be checked. I aimed just below her ear.That gun got banged all over the truck for 120miles this past weekend.
