Default My first Piggie
Hey guys,

Got my first pig this morning. I've been working with the Bureau of Land Management folks to help them trap problem pigs on Fort Ord (central California). I got a call at about 0930 this morning from the project manager asking if I could come out and shoot a pig. Well, I sure could and did. It was a blast. A DFG biologist came out and collected a sample of the hog's colon. The pics are too large so I'll post 'em from photobucket tonight. Anyway, she was about 140 pounds or so and had recently finished nursing. (my trash can is going to STINK).

thanks guys. I was pretty stoked. Plus I did a good thing by helping the Bureau of Land Management and the Department of Fish and Game. So all in all, I feel pretty good about it. Can't wait to do it again. I went out and baited another trap earlier this evening. Hopefully I'll se something tomorrow!!!
