Default How to ID hog sign?

I live and hunt inEast central Alabama. I have never hunted hogs b4 and have been told there are a few on our club property located inClay and Randolph counties. Whatsort of sign should I be looking for? I have seen a few small places in some of the green fields that look like they have been rooted up but I don't know the difference between hog rooting and armadillo. Any advice would be helpful.
