Default hog sausage?????

does anyone out here have any good recipes for wild hog sausage?
shot a 90lb pwr the other day and ruined both shoulders so was gonna convert the piggy into sausage.

Add some domistic pork to it. This way there will be fat in the meat. That what my family does.

I just made some up yesterday. I use equal amounts of pork to the venison.. I buy Atkins Sausage season. I stuff them and smoke them four about four or five hours at 150-170 degree. I also take some and make them into patty's for breakfast sausage.
There goes my diet.. []I made about 25 pounds.

For hog sausage, I do the same equal amount of store bought pork, you need the fat to make it all stick together good. Unless you killed a real young pig that might have some baby fat.
