First Hog!!!

Went out this weekend for muzzleloading and shot my first hog (boar). The boar popped out of nowhereat about 15 yds and within 5 seconds the pig was done! Well actually, I shot him in the spine (not intentionally) and I did feel a little bad watching him squeel but my dad came over and finished him off while I was in my stand.

Anyway, I will try to get a picture up later. I am sending the taxidermy tomorrow to have the head mounted.

Don't know where you live but I know where a ton of hogs are here. If you are local to Central FL, let me know, I can take you to a spot full of all size/color hogs.

Mine was 95 lbs but there are a few over 300 lbs in the area.

I would like to know more on where to hunt in central FL. I'm planning to go to Three Lakes in 3 weeks, but if there a better place, I'll change my plans , so tell me more, I'm new.
