Feral Hogs in midwest states

RE: Feral Hogs in midwest states
Every state has some feral swine due to escaping livestock, Indiana is certainly no exception. The counties in the SW corner of the state have some, though allegedly not very many. Our DNR allows us to kill them all year with no restrictions, but they are apparently beginning to spread east. A guy in a small town just west of me shot four recently, the first known incident this far east. There is public land, mostly smaller parcels, all over the south end of the state, so it's a good bet that some opportunities for hog hunting exist here.
