Default pulled pork recipe

im looking for a pulled pork recipe...mostly how to cook it ive got dry rubs and some bbq sauce for after

i also have a smoker too if that helps

1st start with a half gallon of George Dickle, white label...

2nd...Invite Rebel and Nchawkeye up there to show ya'll how it's done...
Cause I ain't giving my bbq sauce to anyone, I really need to bottle and sell...

Figure I might stop by New York City and sell a few kegs of it to help finance the trip....

Pulled pork is easy. The really easy way is to throw on some rib rub with some extra hot stuff and extra salt, then put it on a roasting pan in the oven at 325. Don't take it out until your instant read thermometer says 200. Takes about 6 hours.
The slightly less easy way is to do the same thing with a smoker at 225 degrees using hickory wood. Better flavor but expect a 10-12 hour cook time.

we just dry rubbed,smoked it then pulled it by hand and put sauce on it

best bbq most ppl have ever had..wonder if they knew i smoked with it with a montec
