i have a friend in the warsaw area of missouri and was wondering if there are any hogs around there or fairly close by. and also i looked on the missouri website for lisc. prices but couldnt find what a nonresident tag would be for hogs
I may be wrong here, but I think all you need is a basic hunting license to hunt feral hogs. I used to live in MO and will be moving back again in August. I am pretty certain that is what my neighbor said to me about hunting hogs.

Just a regular hunting permit is all that is needed. There really inst a very high population of hogs. The MDC ask every deer hunter to shoot them when seen. The only area I know about is around popular bluff.I live in north central Mo. and I have never seen one around here.
I dont know if you even need a hunting license. Call the mdc regional office for that area, and ask them. They will tell you about hogs reportings in that area.I live in central MO and no hogs up here. I think there is a small population at Fort Leonardwood. Good luck. If you want I might have a guides name and number for MO hogs. I have never hunted with him,nor do I know anyone who has.
