Default Lookin

Well 2/3's of the Burleson Boys are headin East this afternoon to hunt some hawgs with Greg ( weather permitting) and so far it is cool and overcast so hopfully the gods will smile upon us and big them thar hawgies out.

I am after one particular hog the big boar that so far has given Greg, Kyle and myself the slip but tonight might be his last afternoon stroll through the East Texas scrub

But if a sow just happens to stroll by she will be going down

So with luck we should have a couple of whoopers to tell tomorrow and some pics to share

I'm after him too and I'm sure Bob wouldn't mind a shot at him! Hopefully one of us can drop him. Although no doubt I'll shoot the first one that comes along!

No, I'll let him pass. I'll give you guys a shot at him. NOT!!!!! Get ready little buddy, I am heading out to pick you up. Please remember this time to put the soured corn on the ground, not on you. The flys were really tough driving last time.

Well, it didn't go so good. I saw one pig behind my ladder stand and couldn't get a shot at him. Greg (Txjourneyman) saw two that he couldn't get a shot at, and my little buddy (Ausie) got lost in the woods and had Greg and I searching for him in the dark and mud!!!! .... All the time he was back comfortably resting in my truck.

I know, I wuz standing next to Greg when he asked if I could read the text. I didn't bring my glasses either, we thought it said, "Went to the pot and the hogs ate me."
