Here are a couple of hogs that we trapped and put out of their misery with a 45 Long Colt. The one on the left weighed about 75# and the one on the right about 200#.

The camo was for turkey sneaking which my ol' friend was doing before it came to hog shooting time.
The gun is one of the handiest ranch carry guns you can imagine. It is a5 shot revolver in45 Colt that also shoots 410 ga. shells. It is great onrattlers and hogs at short range.
