If we don't have to much tomarinade, we use Kirby's or if there is alot, we use La Lechonra Mojo. We use either one on Beef, Pork, Venison,Goat,Chicken and Fish!
Winn-Dixie and Kask n Karry has them or we have many Hispanic stores that have them. Also called Spanish BBQ Sauce!
For thosewho don't know, the base for these Marinades are made from Sour Orange Juice Stock.
