BBQ Time!
Checked trap this afternoon around 11:30 before the rainstorm, and found these little piggies playing in the mud. Cooking ideas welcomed.

Hey, Congrat's! Them are a good size for the pit! On the bottom is the Marinade we use every 15 mins with a 4" brush.

RE: BBQ Time!
Spilt them in half and inject them with cajun marinade like you use for frying turkeys. Then slow smoke them on a pit.

Actually had some smoked ribs from the first trapped hog last night, can't say I've ever had better.

RE: BBQ Time!
Reb, thats not galvanized chain link in that Pic, is it. When you burn galvanized metal, it releases a toxic gas. Not real good for you.
