Default BBQ Time!

Checked trap this afternoon around 11:30 before the rainstorm, and found these little piggies playing in the mud. Cooking ideas welcomed.

Hey, Congrat's! Them are a good size for the pit! On the bottom is the Marinade we use every 15 mins with a 4" brush.

Spilt them in half and inject them with cajun marinade like you use for frying turkeys. Then slow smoke them on a pit.

Actually had some smoked ribs from the first trapped hog last night, can't say I've ever had better.

Reb, thats not galvanized chain link in that Pic, is it. When you burn galvanized metal, it releases a toxic gas. Not real good for you.
