Default another hog hunt

my sister and I went on a roadtrip, she ended up taking this big ol sow....it was pure luck that we got it in the truck, lol, we even had another couple of hands helping us out......ended up i borrowed a tractor to skin it out.....the cow is Baxter, he was a gift from benhuntin'. we take him on all road trips, lol.....The adventures of Baxter" it's my dream hog, black with a band, lol....but i had to give her the shot because she hadn't taken any hogs this year , but itwas great.......she had alot of domestic in her, alot ! not nursing either, but you'd never know it from the teets...and her tail was just a nub, lol.....

I've seen game strung up a lot of ways but that is a first for me.....way to go! Thanks for sharing.

lol.........it was another gals pic dragging out a buck on a dozer that gave me the idea, lol.......it worked great, all in one kinda tool that tractor is, lol...string it up, then dig a hole and bury it, it was great....

Rio Max was the name of the store here in my town on US41where the Greyhound Bususe to stop as a half way house!Blakey's Steak Housedown the road was the halfwayHotel for the stage coaches from Tampa to Brooksville back in the1800's.

There'sa cemetery down from my place that has been there since the Civil War. The 40 acres I'm on use to belong to the Orange Belt Railroad.

Now this is what I was implying about Palmbay,FL..

nice girls, very nice. it's always great to have to NOT use the old back to do the work.I'll take help in any manner I can get it.

congrats on a nice hog, lots of good sasuage there,looks like the one Barbara took back in Dec. I made some good eats from that one.

looky at all that sausage, nice looking sausage there......we got 18 bags 2-3 lb bags of sausage and some bbq meat. i like the breakfast sausage.
