So here is the hum dinger - what does wild hog taste like? I assume it is similar to domesticated farm stock but I have never had the luxury of trying it.

Like pork, but with a Wild Tang to it! Like Duck tastes like Chicken with a wild tang, Like Pheasants taste like chicken with a wild tang.
We use a marinade which is Sour Orange Basewith Olive Oil, Bay Leaf, Basil,Salt, Pepper and a pinch of Oregano and brush it on with a 4" brush every 15 mins.
