Default what arrow ?

when hunting pig, what arrow? aluminum, or carbon? i shoot a 62 # hoyt bow. also for bear that i am hunting this next year, what should i use?

I use carbon with both my traditonal and my compounds. I use Beman with my recurves and carbon express with my compounds. Any will work, just make sure to use a good broad head. A good cut on contact with out too big of a cut radius. I like Muzzy and sonics. I do not go over a 1.5". Another consideration, stay out of the shield. You will not penetrate the shield very well.

I have not shot bear before, but my brother takes two each year. He tells me the same thing for hogs will work for bear. You just dont have to worry about a shield.

Carbon ExpressCX 300's armed with 125 grain Thunderheads or Grim Reapers.

Easton Axis 340s with a 100gr 3-blade Muzzy for my compound. I am still working on my recurve skills. I am almost ready to hunt and it looks like cedar with a 125gr Magnus
