Michigan Boar hunter!

I am new to this site...because boar are new to our hunting area in Michigan. The DNR just gave us "free will" at the boar that are free ranging in michigan. I never thought this could be this much fun!!! I got my first boar couple weeks back and can't wait to get out again. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be seeing wild boar on prpoerty in Michigan. I'm hooked!!

Now I have to read up on how to keep them around.

You won't have any problems keeping them around. The problem will be trying to get rid of them.

Wow that's a great hog! Congrats. Hey what part of Michigan did you get it at? I'm looking at taking up hog hunting too but I wasn't sure what areas were the best bet.

shot it near west branch...free ranging!! Michigan DNR site now has 30 counties to hunt for hogs in!!
