The first hog I ever killed. My uncle got me started on hog hunting, I finally got them onto my hunting grounds. If I can figure out how to get them to move during the day, I will have more pics to post. In Louisiana, there is no hunting at night period, except for raccoons with a .22.
Hogs where I hunt they go nocturnal too, but a month after deer season you can see them in the daylight.Often they run the feeders and clean up the corn soon as the feeder goes off. Febuary and March I see more in the daylight(still corn in the feeders)than any time of year.Give your spot a little break and then go back they will probably show for you.This is central texas not far from you.
