Anyone hunt exotics

I went on a Nilgai hunt about three years ago down by Raymondville, TX and killed a cow that weighed about 400lbs. That was some of the best eating meat I've ever had. Now Nilgai hunting is so dang expensive it almost isn't worth going.

I hunted fallow buck last January, and it was a lot of fun--and the fallow meat was really tasty.

I've heard a lot of good things about nilgai, but yeah, that's serious money to hunt those puppies.

I shot my first axis buck in March 2006. Taste great!!

i havekilled 4 exotics one black buck ewe an axis doe a axis buck and recently a silver medal texas dall ram i love the meat on the axis very tasty i hvae a buddy that has an exotic ranch in e.tx it is fun 2 see all the diffrent types of animals i used 2 knock the exotic ranches till i actualy went

I haven't had a chance or saved up the coins to go yet. I want to go after some of the Rams, Axis and Fallow deer and Sika's.

I went on a hunt last year near Bracketville,TX.I killed an 8 point whitetail,an aoudad ram, and a Barbado ram.I had alot of run ins with blackbuck and axis.

We hunt exotics year round. Exotics are a lot of fun. I concur with the above statements on Axis deer....very very good. I prefer it to whitetail myself. Blackbuck is pretty good too if prepared right...especially does.

We have more aoudad than anything, however it doesn't taste too great unless you shoot em young.

What ranch in Bracketville Icetrey? That is only about an hour or so from us.

Yeah I killedc an older mature aoudad and he didnt taste so well.

I also killed a Mouflon ram in Louisiana. My dog wouldn't eat it[:'(]
