Hog Recipes
1. How do y'all cook your hogs and what parts of the hog do you cook a certain way?
2. Also, after you clean your hogs, what special type of preperation do you do to make it tast the best?
3. Do any of you chicken-fry any of your hog meat? i.e. back strap, etc.
I am making a wild game recipe book for our Men's Ministry at my church. I am including fish recipes (my speciality) anddeer recipes, but I only have a few ways I do hogs. I would like to have morehog recipesso I can include them with the book. They can be general or detailed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
