got this 100#er today on a hunt with dogs.we took a swamp buggy and it took about 15 minutes before the dogs were signiling that they smelled hog.they bayed up a shoult.about 10 minutes later we bayed up this beauty in a ditch and i dispached the hog with a knife.spent some time looking around the ranch and then went back to camp where they cleaned the hog and quartered it for me. for $175 i got 1 meat hog. I reccomend this outfit to anyone L&R hog adventures 1-800-738-4018 ask for robert or louis. I will be going back to them!

thanks guys, it was the most exciting thing that i have ever done.Next time im gonna hold out for a large boar. Question.. Is it normal to take enjoyment in the moment of the kill? It was almost a religous moment for me when the knife went in. I felt respect for the hog but i really enjoyed it. Its hard to explain. Anyone else felt like that?
