anyone ever eaten fallow deer and how do they taste in compared 2 whitetail got a deal the sounds good for one 2 shoot and pig ofr barley 200 bucks so if thats good eaten meat i dony think id could past it up and i have eatne lots of axis deer if that if close 2 the taste alos ty for any replies

IMHO Fallow venison is a lot better than whitetail venison.

Now get a fallow and a pig and do a 50/50 mix into sasuage with no added spices and you will have the best sasuage known to man
