buckshot
I was just wondering what choke i should use w/ buckshot in my browning gold classic. Often i see yotes when im turkey hunting...and i have a magazine cut off so i was thinking maybe carrying around some shells of buckshot would not be a bad idea. last year my uncle shot a yote w/ #5 2/3/4 turkey loads and killed himon the spot

RE: buckshot
When coyote hunting or bobcat hunting with a shotgun, I use #2 bird shot with a full choke.
I also use #4 buck with a full choke but I generally try to keep the target between 20-30 yards. Minimal pelt damage that way.

RE: buckshot
In california, a hunter can use buck shot (any size) for all predator hunting. 00 or 000 or slugs for deer/bear/pigs etc...
For turkey, one can use any sized bird shot as long as it doesn't exceed #2 bird shot sized pellets. All other upland game, you can use any sized shot your heart desires.
