Default handgun scope

Does anyone know of a good affordable handgun scope for a Redhawk .44 mag. I dont know if I will like it so I dont want to spend alot of money on one.

I use a Bushnell 2 X 32 on my Ruger Super Red hawlk 454
I also have another set of rings and have a Millit 30 MM red dot for it.
Both are middle of the road in price .
But after many thousand of rnds thru the gun with one or the other on it both work great.

Weaver makes a decent priced scope. I have only shot with mine a little bit but so far so good.

My RSRH came with a bottom of the line Simmons. It has not given me any problems, but I am looking into upgrading. From what I've seen I'd go with the Weaver too! Check out www.riflescopes.com they have a good selection and pretty good prices too!

I was a little concerned about recoil with my Ruger Super Redhawk .480 until I found Burris scopes. Wanting to do it right the first time, I chose model #200303 which offers 3-12x32mm, matte finish, Posi-Lock for heavy recoilers & plex reticle at $356.43. They toss in Storm Queen-style lens covers for free if you purchase through SKYOPTICS.COM. I'm not sure this is the price range your looking at but it's an excellent 1 time investment with a Burris "Forever Warranty." SKYOPTICS.COM
