Kimber Pros:
Better Stiffer synthetic Stock
Better overall Quality Control as well as materials(all steel)
Should be more consistently accurate
Will be cheaper by a few hundred then the Weatherby
Much better stock feel and will feel better balanced in your hands
Cons:
No Floorplate
