A friend of mine had one built! He had it done in a .338 Ultra Mag., execelent shooter and quality workmanship but it should be for $3100.00...[]

Boy PJ you nailed that one on the head. I see an awful lot of them for sale on the used racks for whatever reason. If you go to the accurate innovations website (riflestock people) they have a link to a company that builds a similiar product but their model is strong enough to shoot the ammo without the carbon reinforcement. Their prices seem more reasonable as well. Christiansen is a very well designed setup as well the owner is a retired Rocket Scientist so I can imagine he knows a thing or two about composites and exotic engineering. Wish I could budget enough money to try both.[:@]

I had them turn down the barrel on my No.1 and it really helped the balance of the rifle. It does feel like George forman slapped you up side the head when you shot it now(not really that bad, only compared to before it was lightened up).

I've had mine about 3 years and it shoots and handles great. But, the Remington action chambered in 300WSM has been a nightmare. I had to send it back to Utah to get it fixed ( it was chewing up my casings and not ejecting or loading properly) they had it a couple months and it still isn't right. I'm able to live with it but for $3000 I'm disappointed with the company. Nice guys but too young and too busy to care of business.
