Default cleaning Mossy Oak finish shotgun?

I just bought a Mossberg 835 with a Mossy Oak finish. Being a "blued and walnut" kind of guy, I sure wouldn't call it beautiful, but for turkeys and geese, I like the way it looks. I can even shoot those 3 1/2 inch shells if I want to get beat up. But, how do I clean this shotgun? A rag and Rem-oil or just wipe it down? It looks dishwasher safe - maybe....?? Thanks! Jim
