ruger num 1 factory ammo and acc

i have a rug num 1- 7 mm mag ,i use win fail safe and get good acc but sometimes it taks a lot of bullets to get it sighted in and last sighted in with win bal silver tips and my gun just does not like them.my question is what ammo does best in these guns i was thinking of trying fed vital shock any body tryed these.

My particular #1 in 7mm mag likes 150 gr. Remington Core-lokts and federal Premium 160 gr. Partitions.
