Default Which Model of M1A

I'm looking to buy an M1A and was wondering which model would suite me best. It would be used for Long range plinking and varmint hunting, with the possible deer hunt. I dunno whether to get the Standard, Loaded, or National. I'll be putting a scope on it and eventually bipods too. Any recommendations?

If you're not going to be doing any serious target work, then the standard will do what you need it to do. It'll shoot 2 to 3 MOA with surplus ammo all day long.

Personally, I went with a Loaded Standard because I do want to go the target route and since I've put on the full NM rear sight, NM Op Rod Spring Guide, and shimmed the gas system to bring it a little closer to a National Match version.
I've also installed the ARMs #18 Scope mount & QR rings with the Springfield 6X40 rangefinding scope. This works well for me and has taken several hogs in this configuration.

I would say IF you have the extra $300 - then go with the Loaded, otherwise the Standard will get the job done.

I'd never pay Springfield for their accurizing. Buy a rack grade gun. If it won't shoot well enough with 41.5 of 4895 and a 168 then have a known M14 smith bed and accurize it. Work on the trigger. If still not then have a Krieger barrel put on.
