Default 35 Whelen Ackley Improved

Will the 35 AI cartridge shoot in a rifle chambered for 35 Whelen. The AI seems to offer better ballistics.

Default RE: 35 Whelen Ackley Improved

No but it will work the other way around.

The Akley case has the shoulder pushed foward slightly and at a steeper angle to get more powder capacity. So as far as chambering is concerned the Ackley cartridge is longer.
