tikka recalled rifles

I hate to keep bringing this up but i need some advice I sent a tikka t3 back to Beretta in November and still havent recieved a new one has anyone had the same problem? if so what did you do? Beretta customer service will not answer the phone and will not return voice mail. any help would be appreciated

I sent mine back in December and also haven't heard anything from them. I can't believe how they are handling this.

I have had no problems getting thru on their 800 number for Customer Support. They are probably waiting on a new run of steel in order to build your replacement rifles is all I can guess.
