Default Burris Fullfield?

is this a good scope? my dad just purchased a 7mm UM and put a burris fullfield 3x9x44 scope on it. i've never heard anything bad about the burris scopes, i have a burris scope on my own rifle but not the fullfield. whats ya'lls take on the fullfield?

I have the Fullfield II. Great optics for the money. IF it lets me down I'll go Zeiss next.

All Burris Scopes are Fully Mutlicoated. Good luck.

You won't find a better scope for the money. They compare with a Leupold VX-III but about $200 less.

Burris is also the only scope that is made entirely in the United States.

Burris Fullfield II's are made in China... Sorry do dissappoint you... But all their other scopes are made in the USA and are the only scopes which are.

I have a fullfield II on my 300 and like it so far. Will be dialling in the rangefinder portion of it later this year. Has those 4 bars on it for 100,200,300,400.

Bigbulls nailed it...only thing associated with Burris thats made in China is that spotting scope they are giving away with the FF2.Scopes are made in USA all the way!!! Not just assembled here....

Ummm... No... Sorry, The Fullfield II is actually made and assembled in the Phillipines (I just checked again, I originally thought it was China), Sorry to burst your guys bubble... You can go over to www.swfa.com to check it out for yourself.

It is also the only scope which only carries a one year warranty from Burris. I am not saying it is a bad scope, but probably does not compare to the other Burris scopes.
