Ted Williams Shotgun (Winchester?)

I don't really know what year it is but I have an older model Ted Williams series Model 200 12ga. I was at one point told that this was made by Winchester for Sears, any truth to this?

Real question...I need a few springs replaced in the trigger group or a whole new trigger group altogether as well as a new barrel. What parts would fit this gun, Win. Model 1200, 1300?

I need help on this one guys, the gun was given to me as a gift and I hate to get rid of it.

I have the same gun in 20ga. It's the same as a Winchester 1200. I was looking for slug barrel for it and was told that a 1300 barrel will also work. Not sure as I found a 1200 barrel.
