Default Trigger pull weights

What would be the most accurate and dependable trigger pull weight for a deer hunting rifle?
I need to get my ruger adjusted after the season.

A pull weight of 3 to 3-1/2lbs. should do you fine for a hunting rifle. I wouldn't recommend less than 3# for a big game rifle.

Most of my Ruger M-77's triggers are set 3-3.5#'s. For hunting especially when wearing gloves I don't want them any lighter.
