Default Leupold Scope Question?

I have two Leupold scopes that have the heavy duplex recticle. Has anyone ever had the recticle changed out on one and if so where can i send these scopes and have the recticle changed out to regular duplex? Will Leupold do this or is there somewhere else? Thanks!
