Default Remington CDL

Does anyone own one of the new Remington CDL's? How is the fit, finish, and overall quality? I like the fact that they are available in a classic stock with a 24" barrel on the standard calibers. Has anybody shot one?

Thanks, Clint

Great Looking Rifl! I'm trying to get my hands on one but it takes awhile for the guns to come through the border to Canada.

If the CDL came in a left handed version, I would definatly buy one. Beautiful rifle. I havn't shot one yet, trying to convince my bro to get one.

Cheers,

Dont own one YET, but definetly want one. I checked out a .270 in a gun shop and it felt so nice. The stock feels and looks so much better than my BDL, plus i love the matte black finish.I am waiting for them to offer it in more calibers, i would love a 7mm SAUM in one, but if it doesnt i will have another 7mm Rem. Mag. I want one so bad.

Hey...another West Virginia boy....me too....I was born and raised in southern W.Va. along the Tug River near Williamson. Live way up north east of Lake Ontario now.

About that CDL...I want mine in a 280 Remington. Check out all the ballistics....you will see that a 7MM mag doesn't have much on the 280....and you have to burn a lot more powder, spend more for cases, and accept much more recoil to get it. Check out the 280 and you may be surprised at the miniscule difference in these two 7MM's.
