Default How close can I mount my scope to the barrel?
Is 1/16" too close?

Vibrations might touch your scope which is bad. 1/16" sounds like it might be enough. If you start seeing wierd groups over time, you know what to go back too.

A 1/16" should be fine. High mounted scopes sukk.
