Default Used Marlin.....SWEET!!

Bought on internet last year. $200 delivered. put a 4-12 Guide Gear illuminated scope on it. ( yes, I know I need to shell out some money for glass but I had to chose between new scope and a Summit treestand.)
Took her to the range today. I'll be hunting with Winchester 170 gr. Hollow points. Went thru a box of 150's and most of the box of 170's but I got it dialed in. 3 round group you can cover with a quarter and it's centered 2 inches above the x at 100 yards. From a bench without a rest. Color me happy.

Ah, Marlins. Wonderful rifles.

If you really want to have some fun with a Marlin, get an 1894C (.357 mag).

I second Moose_Maximus opinion the 1894 357 is one fun gun to shoot.
