Decided on my Slug Gun Setup!

As you know i was intrested in getting the mossberg 500 trophy slugster. Not that i am saying mossberg is bad beacuse i never owned one, i was just a little skeptical because always shot and LOVED 870s. Anyway this is just my prefrence but i like nice wood and a nice blue finish like the wingmaster. But they dont make the wingmaster with just the rifled barrel only, you have to buy it additionaly. I was at my shop and he told me he could get me a new wingmaster and take the smooth bore barrel that comes with it and give me a new rifled barrel in exchange. I think i am going to go back and tell him i want it. i think that will be a really classic outfit if you ask me? What do you all think? Thanks!

rc.. I am with you all the way... I own an 1100 with the high end stock and blued barrel and it has a smoth bore slug barrel, I also own a 870 wingmaster with the rifled barrel. I also own a 870 express with a cantilever barrel.. they all shot great and have their own memories.. the 1100 I took my firsat deer with many moon sago !! LOL...

The wingmaster because it was the twin to my dads.. the express has taken it share of deer as well... I use it (the express) when there is a chance I might have to be in some thick stuff as I try to not scratch the other two up...

I say gor for it... in fact if you dont mind my asking what your paying I am always looking for decent deals lol One can never have too many guns !!!
