Default nickel steel
i was looking at some used win mod 12s what is the deal with the nickel steel?
is it safe to shoot steel shot in them?

It probably won't blow up or anything like that. But steel pellets might damage the choke, so use bismuth or some other soft pellets in the old-timers.
