Default Recoil pads

I have a new Ruger M77 synthetic stck and I would like to get a new recoil pad for it. What would be better? The pre-fit Pachmayr or the universal Hi-Viz X-coil? Pachmayr is the only company I can find that makes a pre-fit????

Measure your current/stock pad and check into Kick-eez, the specialize for shotguns but have several different size options that could work. They are IMO a much better pad than the pachmyr.

I bought a prefit decelerator for my synthetic 77 last year and it was the poorest fitting recoil pad I have ever put on a gun. Try Sims or any other brand

I think they do, but just Google in Kick-eez and you will come up with a bunch of links.

I put a Sims limbsaver on my 300 Win. and love it. Fits and looks like factory! They make pads for most rifles!
