Red Dot sights question

I'm looking for a red dot sight that will stand the recoil of a .308 and a .375 win. Encore pistol.
I've had Tasco and BSA other guns but don't think they will take the recoil.
Does anyone have experiance with something that might be waht I'm looking for?

I have 4 Millit 30 mm red dot sights 1 is on a ruger super redhawlk 454 and one is on a TC contender 14'' unported 45/70 . I don't shoot reduced loads and have had not problems .

My take on it. I have a Tasco Propoint 5 on my .450 Marlin mounted scout style. It handles the 38+ pounds of recoil just fine, going on 3 years and a lot of shooting. The Propoint 5 and the time was the top of the line, definately not cheap and it's proven itself to me.
